Welcome to Lutz

Upscale homes in exclusive communities surrounded by natural rural beauty

Located in Hillsborough County, Luts is a mere 25 minutes from Tampa but offers a quieter, more rural surrounding. It was established as a depot for a railroad train in the mid-20th century. The community grew as more people moved from the city of Tampa, drawn to the beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. Today the community still offers residential neighborhoods that are more spread out. Residents can enjoy the comfort of suburban living with more space and privacy.

Lutz features several established communities with upscale homes, densely wooded areas, and natural scenery. Cheval is an exclusive gated community with elegant estate homes. It offers a prestigious country club lifestyle with access to several championship golf courses. If you want a waterfront property, the Lakes of Wellington and Saddleback Lake areas have spacious homes with lakeside views.
