Connerton

Welcome to Connerton

Luxury housing and resort-style living in an award-winning master-planned community

Connerton was originally a working cattle ranch owned by the Conner family, who later sold the land to a developer who planned to build 15,000 homes and three golf courses. However, the plans were modified after careful consideration to retain some of the natural lands. The area has 4,800 acres of protected wildlife preserve, giving the community a beautiful natural setting. It's home to deer, otters, alligators, blue herons, owls, wood storks, and sandhill cranes. Walking trails stretch over ten miles with elevated boardwalks and picturesque walkways perfect for observing nature and wildlife.

Building growth has been steady since 2012, and Connerton has become one of the most desirable neighborhoods near Tampa. The master-planned community is spread out over 8,000 acres. You'll find spacious single-family homes, townhomes, and villas. Sizes and the number of bedrooms vary, but there's a wide selection to fit your needs and lifestyle.
